Unable to access

I have a Transcend TS4GJF2A/120 4 gb USD drive. I am unable open the drive and access the files. If I give the option of explore, it says, "insert a drive into the drive". Please help rectifying this problem, as I have very important data in the drive. Thanks Vijaykumar
